#### Causes

This error occurs when the user who is defined as the Owner of the Recipient (bank account) is not verified. Payouts can only be made to verified users.

#### What to do

The user needs to go through the KYC/KYB verification process to be able to request a payout.

#### Example

In the example below, the owner of the bank account targeted by the payout was not verified.
