#### Causes

This error occurs when the end user was blocked by Mangopay’s team because a fraudulent behavior or a compliance risk is suspected.

#### What to do

Take advantage of the [View the Regulatory Status of a User](/api-reference/user-regulatory-status/view-user-regulatory-status) endpoint to get the `ActionCode` for the blocked user. From there, you can refer to the Blocked users article to know what to do next.

#### Examples

If a transaction fails because the user is blocked, the corresponding `ResultCode` and `ResultMessage` will be available in the response.
