The availability of the instant payment feature may depend on your platform’s contract.Causes
This error is typically returned when:- The instant payment feature is not activated for your platform
- The payout’s
DebitedFunds.Currencyis notEUR(either in a payout request or the reachability endpoint)
What to do
In such cases:- Check that your call has the EUR currency and a valid SCT Inst
PayoutModeRequestedvalue - Check that your platform has SCT Inst available in your contract
- Contact Mangopay’s Support team to activate the SCT Inst feature
