The availability of the instant payment feature may depend on your platform’s contract.

Causes

This error is typically returned when:

  • The instant payment feature is not activated for your platform
  • The payout’s DebitedFunds.Currency is not EUR (either in a payout request or the reachability endpoint)

What to do

In such cases:

  • Check that your call has the EUR currency and a valid SCT Inst PayoutModeRequested value
  • Check that your platform has SCT Inst available in your contract
  • Contact Mangopay’s Support team to activate the SCT Inst feature
