### RecipientId property added to payouts

The `RecipientId` property has been added to the [POST Create a Payout](/api-reference/payouts/create-payout) endpoint. Platforms integrating for the first time should send this property and not the `BankAccountId`.

### TelephoneOrder property added to recurring card pay-ins

Platforms can now process mail-order and telephone-order (MOTO) card transactions on recurring payments by setting the `PaymentCategory` parameter to `TelephoneOrder` on the following endpoints:

* [POST Create a Recurring Card PayIn](/api-reference/recurring-card-payins/create-recurring-card-payin) with the CIT payload
* [POST Create a Recurring Card PayIn](/api-reference/recurring-card-payins/create-recurring-card-payin) with the MIT payload
