### KYC renewal deadline report

Platforms can now generate a `KYC_RENEWAL_DEADLINE` report to obtain the `KycRenewalDeadline` and `LastKycDate` of large numbers of users, as part of Mangopay's [continuous KYC/KYB verification](/guides/users/verification/renewal).

The **KYC Renewal** report is available in the [Mangopay Dashboard](https://hub.mangopay.com/), where you can run it manually or schedule it to be generated automatically.

To generate the [KYC Renewal](/reports/kyc-renewal) report using the API, set `ReportType` to `KYC_RENEWAL_DEADLINE` on the [POST Create a Report](/api-reference/reporting/create-report) endpoint.

The report's `AfterDate` and `BeforeDate` parameters refer to the user's `KycRenewalDeadline`, so you can use them to retrieve upcoming deadlines.

For example, set `BeforeDate` to 90 days in the future and `AfterDate` to the present day.

The 90-day period matches the notification period for the [`USER_KYC_RENEWAL_REQUIRED`](/guides/users/verification/renewal#webhooks) webhook. Deadlines further ahead haven't been notified yet and may still change. Once the deadline moves into the past, the user is downgraded, so there is little interest in fetching past deadlines.

To retrieve the KYC Renewal data for a single user, you can call the [GET View the Regulatory Status of a User](/api-reference/user-regulatory-status/view-user-regulatory-status) endpoint, which also returns the `KycRenewalDeadline` and `LastKycDate`. This data is also visible for a given user in the Mangopay Dashboard.
