## Added

### `KycInformation` containing `KycRenewalDeadline` on regulatory status endpoint

`UserApi.getRegulatory(...)` now returns a `UserBlockStatus` that exposes `getKycInformation()` / `setKycInformation(...)` (serialized as `KycInformation`). The new `KycInformation` sub-entity carries `LastKycDate` and `KycRenewalDeadline`.

New `PayInApi.createPayPal(String idempotencyKey, PayIn payIn)` overload. The existing `createPayPal(PayIn payIn)` now delegates to it with a `null` key, so its behavior is unchanged.

## Deprecated

### `PayInPaymentDetailsPayPal.ShippingAddress` accessors

`getShippingAddress()` / `setShippingAddress(...)` are now `@Deprecated`. `ShippingAddress` belongs to the legacy `POST /payins/paypal/web` pay-in, is not used by `POST /payins/payment-methods/paypal`, and will be removed in a future major version.
