### `FlowDescriptor` for declaring pay-in `Beneficiaries`

Added a `FlowDescriptor` property (`FlowDescriptor` type, with `FlowId` and a list of `FlowDescriptorBeneficiary`) to the pay-in, deposit, card pre-authorization and recurring registration DTOs:

### Support for `Email` on webhooks

* Added `Email` to `HookDTO`, `HookPostDTO`, and `HookPutDTO` to set and retrieve the address used for [email alerts for consecutive failed notifications](/webhooks#email-alerts-for-consecutive-failed-notifications).

### Support for `ReportPostDTO.DateRangeBy` on reports

* Added `DateRangeBy` to `ReportPostDTO`, replacing `DateFilterBy`
* `DateFilterBy` is kept and marked `[Obsolete]`; use `DateRangeBy` instead
* Added `DateRangeBy` to `ReportDTO`
