## Added

### Support for multi-session PSC flow on hosted KYB for Business

To support verification of multiple PSCs on hosted KYC/KYB for Business-type users:

* New `ApiIdentityVerifications.RetryPscAsync(identityVerificationId, pscId, psc)` method, calling `PUT /identity-verifications/{IdentityVerificationId}/pscs/{PscId}/retry`. The `PscRetryPutDTO` payload is optional and may carry `FirstName`, `LastName`, `Email`, `DateOfBirth`
* New `PscDTO` (with `PscDataDTO` for its `Data` entries) and a `PSCs` list on `IdentityVerificationDTO`

### Identity verification event types

New event types: `IDENTITY_VERIFICATION_PSC_PENDING`, `IDENTITY_VERIFICATION_PSC_VALIDATED`, `IDENTITY_VERIFICATION_PSC_FAILED`, `IDENTITY_VERIFICATION_PSC_ABANDONED`, `IDENTITY_VERIFICATION_PENDING_PSC_ACTION`, `IDENTITY_VERIFICATION_EXPIRED`

### Echo – GET List Intent external providers

* New `ApiPayIns.GetExternalProvidersListAsync()` method, calling `GET /payins/intents/external-providers`, returning the provider names as a `List<string>`

### Echo – `Tag` on intents and splits

* Added `Tag` to `PayInIntentCapture`, `PayInIntentRefund`, `PayInIntentDispute`, and `PayInIntentSplitPutDTO`

### Idempotency error details for failed calls

* `IdempotencyResponseDTO` now exposes a `ResponseException` property, populated when the original call returned a non-2xx status. It is `null` when the original call succeeded, and `Resource` keeps its previous content
