`Users.getRegulatory` now returns a regulatory user object that exposes an optional `KycInformation` field, with `LastKycDate` and `KycRenewalDeadline`.

### Retrieve PayPal data collection

New `Acquiring.getPayPalDataCollection(dataCollectionId, callback, options)` method, backed by the `acquiring/payins/payment-methods/paypal/data-collection/${id}` (`GET`) endpoint, returning the data collection previously sent for a PayPal payment. The response payload has no defined interface, since its shape depends on what PayPal requires.

* The card direct pay-in now supports an optional `AccountFunding` field, with `Sender`, `Purpose`, and `Type` (the sender includes `FirstName`, `LastName`, `Address`, `Email`, `Birthday`, `Nationality`, `Occupation`, and `BirthCountry`)
* New `AccountFundingData`, `CreateAccountFunding`, `AccountFundingSenderData`, and `CreateAccountFundingSender` typings, plus an optional `AccountFunding` field on the `CardDirectPayInData` and `CreateCardDirectPayIn` typings
