### Support for Recipient on direct debit mandates

* `Mandate` now exposes `$RecipientId`, the identifier of the Recipient the mandate is based on. Platforms integrating for the first time should use this instead of `$BankAccountId`.
* New `ApiUsers::GetMandatesForRecipient($userId, $recipientId, $pagination, $filter, $sorting)`, backed by [GET List Mandates for a Recipient](/api-reference/mandates/list-mandates-recipient), returning the list of `Mandate` instances for a user and recipient.

* New `ApiSettlements::GetSettlements($pagination, $filter, $sorting)`, backed by [GET List all Settlements](/api-reference/settlements/list-settlements), returning the list of `Settlement` instances. The new `FilterSettlements` DTO filters on `BeforeDate`, `AfterDate`, `Status`, `ExternalProviderName`, and `Currency`.
* New `ApiPayIns::GetPayInIntents($pagination, $filter, $sorting)`, backed by [GET List all Intents](/api-reference/intents/list-intents), returning the list of `PayInIntent` instances, filtered with the new `FilterPayInIntents` DTO.
