Platforms can now call the GET View the SCA status of a User endpoint for information on:

Whether the user is enrolled in SCA, relevant for first-time enrollment and re-enrollment
Whether the user has given consent to each of the 4 available SCA-triggering action scopes, which your platform may have activated if seeking to act under proxy
