Error 121019 for payouts with legacy v2 Bank Accounts
From October 15, 2026, payouts whose BankAccountId references a legacy v2 Bank Account object, which has unstructured address data, will be refused with the following ResultCode and ResultMessage:
- 121019 – Payout refused because the bank account address is formatted as an unstructured string in AddressLine1 (created via an API v2 endpoint). Re-register as a Recipient and try again.
This error will only impact Bank Account objects that were created on the API v2, and not those created on v2.01 of the Bank Account endpoints. All external accounts registered as Recipients (v2.01) are also unaffected.
Impacted platforms recieved email communications in July 2026.
