Support for Email on webhooks

• Added Email to HookDTO, HookPostDTO, and HookPutDTO to set and retrieve the address used for email alerts for consecutive failed notifications.

Support for ReportPostDTO.DateRangeBy on reports

• Added DateRangeBy to ReportPostDTO, replacing DateFilterBy
• DateFilterBy is kept and marked [Obsolete]; use DateRangeBy instead
