Extended Preauthorization feature to rename Deposit Preauthorization

Extended Preauthorization renames Deposit Preauthorization, now deprecated (API release note). The new API, DTOs, enums, and events reproduce the deposit shapes one-to-one:

• Added ApiExtendedPreauthorizations (exposed as MangoPayApi.ExtendedPreauthorizations) with:
  • CreateAsync (POST Create a Card Extended Preauthorization)
  • CreatePayPalExtendedPreauthorizationAsync (POST Create a PayPal Extended Preauthorization)
  • GetAsync / GetPayPalExtendedPreauthorizationAsync (GET View an Extended Preauthorization)
  • UpdateAsync / UpdatePayPalExtendedPreauthorizationAsync (PUT Cancel an Extended Preauthorization)
  • GetAllForCardAsync (GET List Extended Preauthorizations for a Card)
  • GetAllForUserAsync (GET List Extended Preauthorizations for a User)
  • GetTransactionsAsync (GET List Transactions for an Extended Preauthorization)
• Added ApiPayIns.CreateExtendedPreauthorizedPayIn for POST Create an Extended Preauthorized PayIn.
• Added DTOs ExtendedPreauthorizationDTO, ExtendedPreauthorizationPostDTO, ExtendedPreauthorizationPutDTO, PayPalExtendedPreauthorizationDTO, PayPalExtendedPreauthorizationPostDTO, ExtendedPreAuthorizedPayInDTO, and ExtendedPreAuthorizedPayInPostDTO, mirroring their deposit counterparts (the DepositId field becomes ExtendedPreauthorizationId).
• Added the ExtendedPreauthorizationStatus enum and ExtendedPreauthorizationDeserializer.

Event type deserialization breaking pagination

Listing hooks or events failed entirely if a single item carried an EventType value not yet known to the SDK — one unrecognized value threw and broke deserialization of the whole page. A new TolerantEnumConverter, applied to EventType on EventDTO and HookDTO, now degrades an unknown or null value to a new NotSpecified fallback member instead of throwing.
