Extended Preauthorization feature to rename Deposit Preauthorization

New ExtendedPreauthorizations service, renaming the Deposits service, now deprecated (API release note):

• Exposes the following methods:
  • create (POST Create a Card Extended Preauthorization)
  • createPayPalPreauthorization (POST Create a PayPal Extended Preauthorization)
  • get (GET View an Extended Preauthorization)
  • getAllForCard (GET List Extended Preauthorizations for a Card)
  • getAllForUser (GET List Extended Preauthorizations for a User)
  • update (PUT Cancel an Extended Preauthorization)
  • getTransactions (GET List Transactions for an Extended Preauthorization)
• There is intentionally no cancel method — to cancel, call update with { PaymentStatus: 'CANCELED' } (the same request Deposits.cancel issues).
• New ExtendedPreauthorization and PayPalExtendedPreauthorization models, mirroring Deposit and PayPalDepositPreauthorization field for field.
• New PayIns.createExtendedPreauthorizedPayIn(payIn, callback, options) method, backed by POST Create an Extended Preauthorized PayIn, mirroring createDepositPreauthorizedPayInWithoutComplement.
• New TypeScript typings mirroring the deposit ones: the extendedPreauthorization model namespace (ExtendedPreauthorizationData, CreateExtendedPreauthorization, CreatePayPalExtendedPreauthorization, UpdateExtendedPreauthorization), the ExtendedPreauthorizations service, the IExtendedPreauthorizationStatus enum, and the CreateExtendedPreAuthorizedPayIn / ExtendedPreAuthorizedPayInData pay-in typings.
• The transaction typing now exposes an optional ExtendedPreauthorizationId field.

Deposit Preauthorization feature deprecated

• The Deposits service and Deposit model are now marked @deprecated — use ExtendedPreauthorizations / ExtendedPreauthorization instead.
• PayIns.createDepositPreauthorizedPayInWithoutComplement is now marked @deprecated in favor of createExtendedPreauthorizedPayIn.
• The transaction typing’s DepositId field is deprecated in favor of ExtendedPreauthorizationId.
