Extended Preauthorization feature to rename Deposit Preauthorization

Support for Extended Preauthorization, renaming the existing Deposit Preauthorization, now deprecated (API release note). Every deposit resource, field, endpoint, and helper has a like-for-like counterpart under the /extended-preauthorizations/ API, with the “deposit” terminology replaced by “extended preauthorization”:

• Added the ExtendedPreauthorization shared base and its CardExtendedPreauthorization and PayPalExtendedPreauthorization payment-method subclasses (mirroring DepositPreauthorization, CardDepositPreauthorization, and PayPalDepositPreauthorization), with the same fields and helpers:
  • get_all_for_user (GET List Extended Preauthorizations for a User)
  • get_all_for_card (GET List Extended Preauthorizations for a Card)
  • get_transactions (GET List Transactions for an Extended Preauthorization)
  • cast
• Added the PreAuthorizedExtendedPayIn pay-in (mirroring PreAuthorizedDepositPayIn), created via POST Create an Extended Preauthorized PayIn.
• Added the EXTENDED_PREAUTHORIZATION_* hook event types, mirroring the Extended Preauthorization webhook events:
  • CREATED
  • PAYMENT_WAITING
  • PAYMENT_VALIDATED
  • PAYMENT_FAILED
  • FAILED
  • PAYMENT_CANCEL_REQUESTED
  • PAYMENT_CANCELED

Deprecated

Deposit Preauthorization feature deprecated

The Deposit, DepositPreauthorization, CardDepositPreauthorization, PayPalDepositPreauthorization, PreAuthorizedDepositPayIn, and CardPreAuthorizedDepositPayIn resources are now deprecated in favor of their Extended Preauthorization counterparts. They are kept unchanged for backward compatibility and will be removed in a future major version.
