Support for Recipient on direct debit mandates

Mandate now supports recipient_id (RecipientId), the identifier of the Recipient the mandate is based on. Platforms integrating for the first time should use this instead of bank_account_id, which is no longer required.
New Recipient.get_mandates(), backed by GET List Mandates for a Recipient, returning the list of mandates based on the Recipient.

Echo - List endpoints for Settlements, Intents, and Intent Splits

New Settlement.all(), backed by GET List all Settlements. Accepts BeforeDate, AfterDate, Status, ExternalProviderName, and Currency filters.
New PayInIntent.all(), backed by GET List all Intents, with the same filters.
New PayInIntentSplit.all(), backed by GET List all Intent Splits, with the same filters.
