Extended Preauthorization feature to rename Deposit Preauthorization

New MangoPay::ExtendedPreauthorization, renaming MangoPay::Deposit, now deprecated (API release note):

create (POST Create a Card Extended Preauthorization)
create_paypal_preauthorization (POST Create a PayPal Extended Preauthorization)
get (GET View an Extended Preauthorization)
update – to cancel, call update with { PaymentStatus: 'CANCELED' } (PUT Cancel an Extended Preauthorization)
get_all_for_user (GET List Extended Preauthorizations for a User)
get_all_for_card (GET List Extended Preauthorizations for a Card)
get_transactions (GET List Transactions for an Extended Preauthorization)

Added

`create_pre_authorized_extended_pay_in`

New MangoPay::PayIn::PreAuthorized::Direct.create_pre_authorized_extended_pay_in, for extended preauthorized pay-ins, backed by POST Create an Extended Preauthorized PayIn.

Deprecated

Deposit Preauthorization feature deprecated

MangoPay::Deposit – use MangoPay::ExtendedPreauthorization instead.
MangoPay::PayIn::PreAuthorized::Direct.create_pre_authorized_deposit_pay_in – use create_pre_authorized_extended_pay_in instead.
