Statement descriptor available on BACS Direct Debit

The StatementDescriptor parameter can now be sent for direct debit pay-ins on BACS mandates (as well as SEPA).

For BACS, the length is truncated at 10 alphanumeric characters or spaces.

The StatementDescriptor is also available on pay-in refunds of these two payment methods.
